Money coaching
How good are you at managing
your finances? Do you find yourself spending money on things you don't
need and never use? Does talking or just thinking about money make you
feel uncomfortable, guilty, afraid or even overwhelmed?
If so, you might benefit from
money coaching.
Coaching is not about
someone selling you a financial product. There's no therapy, preaching
or moralising involved.
It's about looking at
deep-rooted attitudes to money, understanding your feelings and fears,
setting realistic goals and meeting them.
How does it work? Once you
decide coaching is right for you, there will be an initial meeting. You
will be asked questions and can also raise any financial issues you
choose.
Within seven days you will be
sent a detailed report, with suggestions on what to do next and how to
go about doing it.
Over the next few months, you
will receive four hourly phone sessions with your coach to talk about
how you are getting on, bring up fresh issues and choose new goals.
